Karma Cola Wholesale

Karma Cola does soft drinks differently. The business, now known as Karma Drinks, is committed to fair trade, making sure that profits get back to the farmers and villages in Sierra Leone where many of the raw ingredients are sourced. 

When Karma Cola approached me for help, it was using a manual system for wholesale ordering. Many of its trade customers worked in hectic environments like cafes and restaurants, with little time to sit down and spend time on a soft drink order. Karma wanted to create a simple, seamless order experience. 

Because many of Karma Cola’s trade customers use mobile devices to order, a responsive mobile app was a big part of the design process. Now, ordering new product is far simpler, with direct ordering from the product listing, customisable product views and a streamlined purchase process. For trade customers, the new site means spending less time and energy ordering drinks – for Karma Cola, it means more sales.
